Lazytrains at the Numismatic Museum cafe

On Thursday, August 3, 2023 at 9, Lazytrains bring the jazz/blues sounds of yesterday to today, using the modern electric sound as their vehicle. The aim is to highlight the transition from the acoustic tradition of gospel and the melodies of the American South to today’s soundscape. Their compositions are based on the melodic tradition of jazz/blues music and the arrangements they choose are based on the modern perspective of classical tunes. Songs lost in time by unknown composers in harmonious coexistence with modern melodies. On Thursday, August 3, 2023, 9 p.m. at the Numismatic Museum Cafe, Lazytrains with the blues vehicle are invited to answer the following questions. Is love the driving force behind the songs? Or is the engine that drives the train something deeper and the tunes just the occasion?
